Thank you for considering the purchase of Drive Cushion. We hope you will find our product more than satisfactory in meeting your needs. Whether you are bedridden or confined to a wheelchair, or travel often due to work, we hope you will make Drive Cushion an integral part of your life and comfort.

Drive Cushion Return Policy

As we are confident Drive Cushion will aid in relief of discomforts associated with inactivity and prolonged sitting in the car, customers will keep this ergonomic seat cushion for years to come.

Nevertheless, in the event you need to return Drive Cushion, we offer a return policy for your purchase. Should you wish to return Drive Cushion for whatever reason, you may do so within thirty (30) of receipt.

Drive Cushion must be returned to us via 2nd Day Freight, insured for full value
Drive Cushion must be returned in all original packing with everything included
Drive Cushion must be returned in new and/or resalable condition
Exchanges on Drive Cushion may be made within the seven-day period without being subjected to stocking fee, but shipping charge may apply
Customers will be refunded purchase price less the shipping and handling fee
Charges will not apply to defective product

For Wholesale Resellers (U.S. and International)

All sales are final
No returns or credits
Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and do not accept damaged shipments; file a claim with the carrier
Please contact us with regards to any damaged product

Drive Cushion offers no warranties beyond the original six-month policy.

Credit card refunds: All refunds will be issued as a credit to that same account within a reasonable period of time after receipt and inspection of returned products.

Check refunds: All refunds paid by check, whether prepaid, C.O.D., or open terms (Net 10 or Net 30), will be paid by refund check within a reasonable amount of time, after receipt and inspection of returned products.

A $25 returned check fee will be charged for any payment made by check that is returned for non-sufficient funds. Drive Cushion reserves the right to change any product pricing and promotions. Failure on the part of Drive Cushion.com or CINIVA Health Systems to enforce any policies does not constitute a waiver of any portion of this purchase policy.

Drive Cushion.com and Nutranique, Inc. shall not be liable under any circumstances for any consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in any connection with this agreement or the products. Drive Cushion.com reserves the right to cancel any sale without incurring liability in the event a product is listed in error, priced incorrectly, or is out of stock.
