The Drive Cushion is covered by a 100% warranty on all parts and systems for 6 months from date of purchase, to the original purchaser of record.

We will repair or replace any part of the Drive Cushion that fails to operate within design limits at no cost to the original purchaser under the condition that the product has not been abused, neglected or operated outside of the recommendations. A shipping and handling fee of $15.00 applies to all product returns whether within warranty exists.

You simply return the defective part in the same packaging the replacement part is shipped in. A return shipment label will be supplied.

We will not be responsible for neglect, abuse, or accidental damage that causes malfunctioning of the product. If our inspection reveals one of the above causes, we will phone you with an estimate of charges before repairing or replacing the item.
